Helane Harden

Helane Harden (viola), has a resume that is longer than her viola bow. This resume comes from her wide experiences with various Queensland orchestras and string quartets.

Not only does she show a technical aptitude on the viola but she is equally as good on the violin. Previous to her career in the Simply Strings Quartet, Helane was a soloist and played at many recitals both on the violin and the viola.

The viola may not be as well known as the violin and cello but is a vital part of the string quartet. Helane does a fantastic job showing the public what the viola really can do.
